Photography

I have been a professional photographer since 2004. I love photography because it gives you a unique perspective when looking at the world around you. It is different from painting, writing and music because you must physically interact with the world around you to be a photographer. In photography, you can either let serendipity be the muse, or can take control and shape reality into an ideal. The split moment recorded in photography is quite different from video, as moving pictures are like novels, spelling out everything in detail, while still photographs are like verses in poetry, saying so much with so little.

If you have questions about what cameras and lenses I shoot with, or have business inquiries, please visit the F.A.Q. section.

I participate in a few photography/camera forums, and here are my profile pages for those communities: flickr | dpreview | Digital Photography Forums | Fred Miranda Forums
