Walkthrough Style

I do Matterport scans and 2D floorplan scans as well. I currently do not offer drone photography/videos as there hasn't been enough demand for them in my service area from my clients, but I might offer it in the future.

Pricing

Photography Pricing:

15 photos = $150

26 photos = $175

36 photos = $200

46 photos = $250

$40 per additional 5 photos

Twilight shoots add $80

Photo editing has a 24 hour turnaround.

Video Pricing:

$225 first 2,000 sq ft.

$25 each additional 500 sq ft

Matterport Pricing:

$250 first 2,000 sq ft.

$30 each additional 500 sq ft

2D Floor Plan Pricing

$100 for first 2,000 sq ft

$30 each additional 500 sq ft

Properties further than 30 minute drive will have a surcharge according to distance/time (based on current gas price and $40 per additional hour).
